Hi @DanielFox1 Could you please answer this question, if I am not able to repay the deficit of the credit, for any reason, let us say I don't have enough amount in my bank account, how can I stop the credit to stop??? Those credits I did not consume them, it is just keeping counting, without being able to do anything with it. My Subscription expired almost two years ago. it is a very easy question, it is consumer's right, every company who provides service should have this feature to simply stop it.

Thank you @DanielFox1 for your reply. I don't want to delete my account, I just want to cancel the subscription, or at least stop counting credits. Could you please tell me if I used that account to purchase ArcGIS for Personal Use the 100 credits with the new purchase will be consumed before even using it, because I am on debt, or the debt will be discarded, and I can consume the 100 credits for future contents. I really appreciate if you clarify it.

Can someone reach out Esri to tell them how to cancel an individual subscription???? it has been years since my account expired. I am not able to cancel neither able to delete items those consume credits. I am now under diet of credits. I contact local distributer, ESRI not able to cancel. What on earth not able to cancel a subscription. if things going like then after years, I have to pay Esri thousands of dollars for basically nothing, because the counter is working, and I am not able to make any contents.

Hi all, I have an Indvidual account, it's expired and disabled. However, it keeps counting credits. Is this normal? How esri keeps counting credits while the account is disabled and not able to access any contents?? Indeed, that means if I paid for another year, all my credits go right away because of the debit.

thank you for your reply, your solution is useful if I wanted to add multipoint from ArcGIS pro. But I want to create polygon by manually entering points from smart editor widget.

Hi All, I have a question, appreciate if someone have a solution. My question is how to create a polygon from smart editor using long/lat s ? you can create polygon by clicking on the map, but I want to add long/lat manually. This feature is available for point layer, you can add point by long/lat, but I cannot see this feature for polygon.

Since I have been working on ArcGIS online, I have issues with displaying text in my language. I cannot imagine that ESRI unable to properly display Unicode character on ArcGIS online properly, just wondering if it is it that difficult, or ESRI simply does not care? paying thousands of dollars and not able to display your text on map viewer. I posted this issue several times, but still not fixed. thanks for your comment, I right way imagined the second layer is multipoint. But it is not, the second layer is single point (not mutlipoint).

a quick updated, I noticed this issue happens when I used spatial join from the context menu on the layer. I tried the from geoprocessing tools, the spatial join is okey.

Hi all, since I updated the latest arcpro version 3.2.0, I am getting a very odd error. I have a point layer and when I want to perform a spatial join(closest) using another point layer, the join is made only on the last feature on the joined layer. all points on the first layer are join the last feature on the second layer. I did not have this issue before, but this happened after the updating Arcgis pro. I appreciate if someone have a solution to this issue.

I recommend you run the packaging using arcpy, it gives more detail on the error, then you can fix them.
