Has this been implemented by esri yet? If not, that's ridiculous. It's simply common sense to not rotate polygon line fill symbols when a data frame is rotated, especially in the case of a data-driven pages where each page is a different rotation.. C'mon guys.

So I checked both Chrome and IE and both seem to have the same issue. I am following you now.

Hi, it seems to happen regardless of the zoom level. With regards to the legend I am referring to the one inside the map and not the legend in the print option. The template is on ArcGIS.com and not hosted locally. Unfortunately, I can't make the web map public but i can share it with you via your AGO credentials. Will that work? Thanks for replying so quickly.

I am using the basic viewer application and noticed that the legend will not display all of my layers that are in the current view. Also the selectable layers box will only show 10 out of the 13 in the map. I cannot unselect/select layers as the scroll bar will not go down far enough to choose the layer. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Raster To Polygon conversion aggregates adjacent grid cells of the same value into a single polygon. This tool should include a user option to keep the separate grid cells as separate polygons, so that each grid cell gets a polygon.

Displaying a raster in ArcMap should have the same display and labeling capability as displaying a polygon feature class. This includes: 1. Being able to set outlines for fill symbols. 2. Being able to label the value of the rasters.

The Buffer tool should have an additional option when buffering from lines, especially lines in the form of a network like transmission lines, streams, pipelines, etc. The option should be something like "no overlap - split the difference" with the results like the graphic below. This is useful for overlaying buffers onto resource layers to quantify environmental impacts. Absence of this option requires user to create elaborate models or undertake manual editing to accomplish the desired results.

The Polygon to Raster tool should have more options and a richer ruleset to specify how grid cells are assigned polygon values, and more user options to specify the desired contents of the output raster values. 1. The user should have more control on how and when a polygon value is assigned to a raster. User input should control what percent of a grid cell needs to be occupied by a polygon in order to receive the value (e.g. user input of "0.4" says that at least 40 percent of a given grid cell must be intersected by the polygon to receive its value). (A similar option should be applied to the Polyline to Raster tool to specify the minimum length of a line within a grid cell for the grid cell to receive its value.) 2. The user should be able to specify additional output values. For example, a desired output raster value could be the area of the grid cell occupied by the polygon(s) that intersect it. This output raster would then have value for other geoprocessing that is not currently performed by the software -- for example, we could then use the FocalStatistics tool to calculate the total area of all features (say, cultural resources sites) that occur within a user-defined neighborhood of each grid cell as an indication of cultural resources sensitivity. The software probably makes these calculations anyway, and capturing them should not cause much additional processing overhead.
