Thanks for responding. I identified the root cause of the issue: JimuLayerView should not be used, and snapping is only supported on FeatureLayer, GraphicsLayer, and a few others. To resolve this, I created a new FeatureLayer and added it to the map.

Hi all & @RobertScheitlin__GISP @JeffreyThompson2 , I was trying to apply snapping functionality in the SketchViewModel using experience builder custom widget. Hello GIS Developers, @KaraUtter2 @BrianEaster @Adam_Bourque @CalebAnderson @jcarlson @TianWen @ShefaliVerma_afsc @JoshTownsend @d-slet @AW_Grove @CristianGraf @AaronKoelker After spending one long week I try to understand the API code and figured out a solution.. Esri didn't implement the field formatting but we can implement using a small code modification. 1. Download the JavaScript API from this link and ArcGIS Javascript API and host the API in your web server (I placed ArcGIS JavaScript API beside to the actual application) 2. Navigate to 4.23 --> Esri --> widgets --> FeatureTable --> FieldColumn.js file and search for the below line of code and usually it exists in the declarations section (line 7 in 4.23) M=A.convertNumberFormatToIntlOptions({digitSeparator:!0,places:null}) 3. Just replace !0 with 0 and that's it. It worked for me like a charm. M=A.convertNumberFormatToIntlOptions({digitSeparator:0,places:null}) 4. Now I don't see comma in Integer, Float and Decimal datatype columns. Note: Use this URL https://js.arcgis.com/4.23/ locally while building the custom widgets in the client folder. Replace the URL https://js.arcgis.com/4.23/ with JS API deployed URL https://domainname.com/4.23 in the client folder in all the files. Build the package and deploy it. Hi @RobertScheitlin and everyone, Upgrading 3.x to 4.x framework: I am using mapView.hitTest() event to capture the feature layer and feature information and showing the popup window. As you can see in the screenshot mouse is not on the feature and still it is showing info window. Kindly suggest some resolution in 4.x framework similar to tolerance property in IdentifyTask. Hi @RobertScheitlin__GISP , Issue 1: We created symbology with Status and DeActivated IDC status and hosted this as a map service in ArcGIS Server Manager1. Here are the values for the combination of two fields: 1,<Null>;5,<Null>;30,<Null>,1,N;5,N;30,N When I am trying to render the layer in 4.x, layer is unable to render 1,<Null> with the blue line and applying the default symbol (<all other values>) i.e. black line. So I created renderer object using UniqueValueRenderer replacing "1,<Null>" with "1, " and assigned to the Feature layer and it worked. I wish this layer to load without renderer object in the coming later versions. Issue 2: After resolving issue1 with renderer object, I am facing issue with the symbology in the legend widget. Please refer the screenshot showing difference between two frameworks for the same layer. Both frameworks are using same map service hosted in 10.2 ArcGIS Server Manager. 3.x 4.x Here is the symbology of the conduit layer in the mxd document. For example, for In Service (blue) symbol, there are six values with the combination of two fields Status and DeactivatedIDC. 4.x is showing duplicate symbol in the legend widget where as the 3.x version showing unique symbols similar to the mxd below. I would like to generate same output in 3.x and 4.x. Please suggest. Thanks Srikanth Dasari

Hi @RobertScheitlin__GISP, Hope you are doing great and pinging you for one more issue. I feel this is a bug .. please have a look and confirm. I am trying to label graphics on my map and am having trouble getting exactly the display that I want. Using a TextSymbol doesn't work because then they all stack on top of each other making it impossible to see which features are actually at the location. The tutorial from four years ago about how to cluster the graphics is OK, but I would rather not cluster them. I would prefer that the labels/text symbols move slightly in order to accommodate the other labels around them. I tried using deconflictionStrategy: static and none and the output is same for both properties which is stacked on top of each other.
