We have a hosted feature service configured with a webhook created within AWS (API Gateway endpoint as payload URL, Lambda to execute code). When creating new features, intermittently the webhook does not trigger. We do not see anything on the AWS side, so it's not even reaching the payload URL. In the ArcGIS Server logs, we only see the following error, with no other information even in DEBUG mode: <Msg time="2025-08-12T11:51:03,749" type="SEVERE" code="30204" source="Admin" process="8616" thread="1" methodName="" machine="<machine name>" user="" elapsed="0.0" requestID="">Webhook log: Calling webhook URL "https://<API ID>.execute-api.us-gov-west-1.amazonaws.com/execute" failed. Exception: Connection reset.</Msg> After error is seen, we create a new feature on the feature service in the exact same way, and then payload is sent as expected.  I see this error repeat 3 times, which lines up with the Number of Notification Attempts setting in :6443/arcgis/admin/services/webhooks/settings. I tried increasing the timeout value to 30 seconds, but still seeing these intermittent issues.  Any help diagnosing this would be really appreciated.  ... View more

We are building an ingest workflow to pull from the ArcGIS Online Status RSS feed (status.arcgis.com/rss/all.rss). Obviously we can see what the syntax is now during a "Healthy" state, but curious if anyone knows what this RSS feed would look like during an outage? When performing a WebGISDR restore (full or incremental), ArcGIS Data Store backs up files into the directory "C:\arcgisdatastore\backupedContents<date>". We wish there was a way to prevent this backup prior to the restore, accepting the risks that if the restore fails there would be no rollback to anything or even just a rollback to a clean slate (no data). Use case: In our environment when performing a WebGISDR restore it takes well over an hour to backup our 500GB pgdata folder to the directory mentioned before the software even starts the restore. Having 99.9% availability requirements, every hour truly counts when doing a restore. We love that when performing an upgrade of Portal there’s an option to not back up the content directory, accepting the risks of a failed upgrade. This saves us several hours. Notebook Server 11.1 (Enterprise) - Apologies if this has been asked before, but trying to set up some automated processes and running into a limitation that's stating a notebook can only be executed via the executeNotebook REST call by the owner of the notebook. So the token attached to this REST call needs to have used the owners credentials? A user with a default admin role cannot even do this? (I really hope that's not the case.... but the errors we are seeing suggests this).  ... View more
