I created a web app that allows users to edit inspection data (eg: changing the status, adding dates, etc) but when the users attempt to change those statuses the edits do not stick. I have tested in the web map that the web app looks at and get the same behavior. The point feature is filtered and the symbology looks at the status to change colors. I have a feature service that was created from a Survey123 form. Only recently has the layer not been keeping edits on a web map and web app. I added the feature service to a blank web map but the same behavior is observed. If I remove the filter, edits are kept. When particular users submit requests the "Today'sDate" is defaulting to (a particular repeating) random date in the past this does not line up with the creation date.  Every single submission by these particular users defaults to the date specified below.  SUSPECT: Upon review of the posted ArcGIS Online ESRI update archive, the dates seem to align near bug 'fixes', perhaps the updates are related??? OR Maybe it is the apostrophe in the column title wreaking havoc??? CURRENT STATUS: As time has gone on it is now escalating to impact more & more users. It first started with:    Robert W. I am trying to make edits (I am an admin) to submitted survey using https://survey123.arcgis.com/ website.
