Hi All, We are using ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1 and ArcGIS Workflow Manager API We have 20 users and we would like to hide "All Jobs" to some users and hide "My Group Jobs" some users. Is there any configuration to achieve this. Please suggest. Regards, Sirish

Hi All, We are using ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1 We have created approximately 18 job templates and in each job template created 4 different "Extended Properties" tables. We have created a field name "accumulated_depreciation" with type "Double" and this field created in approximately 10 job templates in different tables. When we try to do some changes in job template (like add/delete field), when we click on "Save" button getting the following error first time. Subsequent click on the "Save" button, job template updated successfully. Any suggestions on this. Thanks. Regards, Sirish

Hi All, ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1 We are using ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server (service-driven). We have create a simple workflow diagram to send email with some text highlights. Enabled the "HTML Notification" under "Email Notifications" Some of the HTML tags are working while "Preview Email" and the same are not reflecting in email. Few HTML tags: <center></center>: To center text <mark></mark>: To highlight text. After "Save" and "Active" of the workflow diagram we noticed that these tags are not reflecting in the email body. @JFarmer Please suggest. Thanks. Regards, Sirish

Hi All, ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1 We are using ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server (service-driven). We have create a simple workflow diagram to send email with attachments. We have chosen "File Path" option under "Linked in "Add Attachment" step. While sending email WFM is not attaching files from the above given "File Path". "Send Email" step is able to attach files which are embedded only. (which are manually browse/added using "Add Attachment" step). Is this the actual behavior or we miss anything here? @JFarmer Please suggest. If it is the actual behavior, it is nice to have the following feature. ----------------------- ----------------------- ----------------------- ----------------------- Our requirement is to execute job daily and send email with the attachments (from the predefine local path, not just embedded attachments) Our requirement example: 1) we have created a setting under "User defined setting" OR Having an option in "Send Email" step 2) While sending email using "Send Email" step, it should attach files from this path. Hi All, ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1 We are using ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server (service-driven) and we have approximately 60+ different workflow diagrams, different job templates with extended properties, email templates and configurations etc.. Is there anyway or approach to migrate these workflow diagrams, job templates, email templates from environment to another environment (Ex: from UAT environment to PROD environment) instead of recreating all. @JFarmer Our project requirement is not validating the input values before job create (point-1) which you have mentioned. Project requirement is to (before) create a job with user created or pre defined values and the job should be assigned to the user (field staff). As suggested we are planning to implement 'Update Job Properties' step auto run as the first step in a workflow diagram. Thanks Sirish

@JFarmer We have found the workaround. Whenever we click on "Manage" tab, it is sending few 'search' queries to server which is "PUT" request method. 'webdav' in web server is not allowing "PUT" methods. Hi @JFarmer Thanks for the quick response and below are the details 1) Yes, Data Store installed 2) After creating workflow diagram and after "Save" and "Activate", it is prompted to create a job template from the diagram. It is not went to Manage page 3) In the "work" page, we are able to see Job templates and in "create pane" we are able to create job from Job template, but not able to see Jobs on "work" page 4) Yes we are using "Admin" user in all these activities 5) No entries in the Server logs We are unable to update or delete the "workflow diagrams" and "job templates" as well.

Hi All, We have installed ArcGIS server, Portal and Workflow manager in one machine. We are able to create "Workflow Item", "Job Templates" and able to create jobs in "Work" tab. But unable to see jobs in "Manage" tab.- Getting "405 (Method Not Allowed)" error while accessing "Manage" & "Work" tabs. Please find enclosed screenshots for your reference. ArcGIS enterprise version: 10.9.1 @JFarmer Any help/suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi All, We have published a Feature service with FeatureClasses and Tables. Requirement is some attributes we need to copy from FeatureService table and update in FeatureService layer In ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1, we have created a Task and selected the correct View under "Views". But we are unable to see FeatureService tables under "Contents". Please see the attached screenshot. Note: When we add tables from EnterpriseGeodatabase, it is appearing in under Task "Contents" Is this limitation or did we miss anything. Please suggest. Thanks. Regards, Sirish

Hi Kristian Ekenes, Thank you very much for the help and i am getting Uniuevalues for multiple fields. Correct it is giving only 10 colors and im trying to assign each unique value feature with unique color (between user choosen "from color" and "to color" ex: AlgorithmicColorRamp) Appreciate any hints on the colorramp.
