We have several use cases for the need of a calendar element in Dashboards. The idea is that you would be able to flip through the calendar and select day/days/weeks/months/etc. to filter the data results. It would also be great to visually see how many events occurred on each day/week/month/etc on the calendar itself to see patterns of occurrence. Thanks!

Yes, it doesn't seem to help, still incredibly slow performance. I mentioned above that there doesn't seem to be a way to update the indexes of topology classes...I was referring to using Python to do it. The only way I can find is to manually do it by adding the topology to a new map and clicking the properties of each.

..as you can see from this video, it took five minutes to fix one very small error. Generally our parcel fabric performance is pretty good, fast redraws, snappy editing, etc. But when interacting with the topology it just crawls... FiveMinuteTopologyFix.mp4

Thanks. I've tried everything I can think of tuning-wise, vacuum settings, indexing (although there doesn't seem to be a way to index topology features?), analyzing, etc. It still takes minutes to validate and fix very simple errors. I have had a ticket on this for many months now about topology validation timing out and crashing with no resolution.

Greetings I just posted basically the same question: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-parcel-fabric-questions/very-sluggish-topology-postgres-table-shows-1-6/m-p/1697546#M2152 Hoping to get some input from ESRI on this....the performance is terrible. We are running 11.5/3.6. @RobertKrisher Thanks!

Hello I have been trying to troubleshoot ongoing slowness with our enterprise parcel fabric topology. The dirty areas table has been validated but the table in ArcGIS Pro shows about 6500 rows (all of which show isretired = 1). Looking at the table in PGAdmin, it shows about 1.6 million rows. I can't help but think that has something to do with the sluggishness but there doesn't seem to be any documentation about it. Is that intended behavior to keep all of those rows (both in the Pro view and Postgres?) Any suggestions for improving the performance here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

The workaround in the bug doesn't seem to work either...changing the cache settings after an edit still does not show the correct edits. Will this be fixed in 3.5? It makes editing events almost useless in the current state. Restarting Pro is not a great workaround either.

I have a simple event layer table attached to road routes and we are using branch versioning/feature services for editing. When an edit is made to the event table generally the event layers update correctly. When we save edits, the event layer geometry reverts back to it's old formation. The edits do save correctly however and it's not until I exit out of Pro and open the project does it look correct. This happens no matter what type of caching set we have. Does anyone have any tips to get the data to update on the map correctly?

Hello! I am trying to add the ESRI subscription terrain layer using an API Key generated in our ArcGIS Online organizational account. https://esri.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=58a541efc59545e6b7137f961d7de883 I am attempting to add a portal item to a web map using the Javascript API and using the 'apiKey' parameter in the constructor and using the API Key. No matter what I try I still get a login prompt when the layer tries to load. Is it possible to use layers marked with 'Subscriber' and API keys? Any help would be great! Thanks!

I have the standard 'Data Editor' role in this case that has no administrative privileges set at all.

I am running into an issue where non-editable layers are appearing on the editor dialog widget. The layers are hosted in Portal, are created from a read-only datastore PostGres database, and 'Enable Editing' is unchecked in the layer configuration. I have also tried to specifically set the layer as not editable in the layerinfos configuration in the editor widget. I can use the create tools to create a new polygon for this layer but, as expected, it fails when I try to create a new feature. Is this a bug?

I thought about that but that leads to a headache of managing redundant fields. Distributed collaboration should definitely be smart enough to handle this.

We have an internal Portal instance that is using Branch Versioned feature classes that are shared out to a Distributed Collaboration on our ArcGIS Online Organizational account. This is set up so editors can log into AGO and edit features as needed for these various feature classes. These workspaces are synced automatically every hour. This seems to work fine but when the syncs happen, the editor tracking fields DO NOT retain the editor values from the external source (the actual editor). Instead it looks like it's from my own account on the inside -- I'm assuming the internal Portal account that is initiating the sync? So: When the initial sync is completed all features on the AGO side have me as the editor and creator at the time the sync occurred Features that were edited by users on the AGO side show their correct tracking information in the AGO feature class When the features are synced back, the user that controls the sync is now the editor/creator of those features Is there something I'm missing here? I need the original editor information to be synced back and forth correctly.

Unless I'm missing it, it would be great if you could just use a single map for multiple layouts. Let's say you have a thematic map that centers on the same area. It would be great if you could just reuse the same map but have certain layers turned on or off with each layout. If you turn layers off in one layout, it reflects in each layout that is using that map.
