Hi, You seem to have met all the requirements that would allow the function to work properly so I believe your problem has to do with the fact that the function is not firing when editing an existing feature. The relevancy constraint would also affect the function so my suggestion would be to add a "calculate" field from which you can run the Javascript function that always fires and create a "Note" field (for non-editable values) that get's populated by the calculate field's value when the constraints are met. If the above it a little confusing then please share your xlsx design for me to have a closer look. Regards, Alber

Hi, It would be best to utilise the ArcGIS Enterprise in the Cloud document as a reference for this use case. It is my experience to use the maximum IAM role policy when deploying the environment with permissions similar to the initial set of rules. Once your site is up and running, revert to the policies for each individual use case. Hope this finds you well.

The ArcGIS Pro version of the Domain to Table tool would be the perfect tool for this task. The resultant exported table can then be used in the Table to Domain tool for importing the domains into a different geodatabase.

Hi Terry, I did something where all my domains were in a spreadsheet and I used the Table to Domain geoprocessing tool in Model builder, where an Iterator imported the individual domains into my Geodatabase. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/table-to-domain.htm Hope this helps.

Hi Dustin, Can you confirm that the record has been populated in your feature service? Possibly enable the Sent box for testing to see if the record sends ok and once you are satisfied, disable it and test again. Regards Alber

Hi, I was playing with this as well and noticed that the labels don't show in PowerBI. I set up the layers in a WebMap and added the WebMap to PowerBI and can confirm that the labels did not show. Doing some google searching, I came across this GeoNet conversation from 2019 where it is confirmed that the labels are not supported in PowerBI. Here is the link to the conversation. Regards Alber

Have you tried other browsers and cleaning your browser's cache? If yes, then I would recommend that you contact Esri's Support to have a look at this.

Could you check your surbvey Setting page to see if you are using the latest version of web application? This issue has been addressed in the latest hotfix and if you set the version to the latest, you should not see this issue anymore. Could you check your setting for the survey to see if you had chosen to use the latest version?

Hi, This is a known limitation on existing features in the Inbox. Survey123 does not have the functionality to edit existing images in the repeats, nor are they downloaded when the feature is in the Inbox. There is a interesting thread on this here. What we have done in the past is to download the images from the feature services and store them in the cloud, Azure in this case but any storage could be used that allows access to the images through some sort of link. A field in the repeat records is then populates with the image's URL so that the user can open the link and view the relevant image. Hope this helps.

Choice lists are essentially coded values in ArcGIS and these are configured and stored in your feature layer's configuration, so there is no getting around that. You could have a look at using some JavaScript in your survey to query other feature services. There is a blog that would give you a good head start and see if this is something you could make use of. Custom JavaScript functions in Survey123 Hope this helps.

Hi Cristin, Have you had a look at this blog post? Working with EXIF image metadata in Survey123 for ArcGIS It provides very detailed information regarding the EXIF functionality in Survey123 and points to a sample survey you could use to test and practice on. Some of the limitations are also mentioned, things like the photo question must not have its appearance set to multiline and that the device GPS button would appear in your camera view to capture accurate GPS coordinates when taking the photo. Does this resources help you with your problem? Regards Alber

Hi Rachel, Your GeoForm stores the data in a feature layer. Using the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect tool, you can create a new survey from that existing feature layer. You would still have to do some design modifications that would make the form look and and feel better though but, once the form has been published, this form can be accessed in either the Survey123 mobile app OR through the Survey123 web app. The documentation online is extensive and tutorials/exercises are available if you want to practice and learn how to best create, publish and manage your Survey123 form and data. https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformessentials.htm I hope this helps.

Hi George, I believe that this is a cosmetic bug and is very likely not going to get solved any time soon. We are seeing this issue because Survey123 does not make any requests regarding attachments from the Inbox and therefore treats the field as not null, meaning we are not able to edit it (initially). Toggling the relevant field would override the dependency field's not null status, which would allow you to capture the photo but I believe in your case the best solution would be to put the photo field in a repeat table. Hope that helps.
