Hi Derek, We have a similar requirement. We use Survey123 with Collector for field support or situation awareness. The challenge is that we use Inbox assignments only. So we want the field inspector to see their own assigned work, and only their work, on the Collector map. Sure, we could set up a filtered feature service layer for every single one of the 40+ field team. But that's cumbersome. It would be nice to mirror the Inbox filter on S123 forms, such that the logged in user sees what is queried to them by UserID. I think that's the unmet need -- for me, at least. Please let me know if I'm missing some kind of dynamic filter on the feature service layer? If that works by user ID in Collector, then bingo.

You are getting the error because you're including table-list for the appearance of the group. You can't use that with "pages" style, is my understanding. I downloaded your file. When I cleared the "table list" appearance for the group (on row 49 of your survey tab), then the form will build without error.

Really? If you have Microsoft 365, then Power Automate (which contains Flow) is included. I use the webhooks to email certain email addresses with Flow, and the email comes from me (my email address). It costs nothing, and it works perfectly. I'm not sure what your limitations are but suggest that you try Flow. Go here and see if it lets you log in: Process Automation with Power Automate | Microsoft Power Apps

The photos are included as attachments. In ArcGIS Pro, when you right-click on a record in the data table, select "manage attachments" to view them. If you view them through a web map, will be at the bottom of the default pop-up.

Until you submit the newly collected record in S123, there is no global ID to pass. (The GUID is created when the record is added to the database. That happens after you submit the survey instance, by definition.) You are creating the pole in two places. That is why you are seeing it in duplicate. What I would do, if I were trying to collect in both S123 and Collector for new records, is use the hyperlink to pass info from one to the other. Then record in one and only one system. More info on passing parameters through S123 and Collector: 1. https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/07/30/understanding-survey123s-custom-url-scheme 2. https://community.esri.com/ideas/13566

If you are editing features, this is not an issue. However, it sounds like you are using the "Collect" feature in both -- and yes, that will duplicate your data. I'd recommend loading your data first and editing records with the Inbox. That way your one set of records is in both S123 and Collector, and you're updating, not adding. Good luck!

Hi Bryan, I would try using text fields, for the data you wish to sum. Summing numbers-as-text often gets reported as a bug. When text fields containing numbers are summed, it performs the sum operation in the weird-ass engineering way that you desire. That is not what most people want, so they get told to switch to numeric fields. In your case, you want that weird form of addition. So I suggest you try using text fields, to store your numbers, and then perform the sum operation. Good luck!

If you just want to play with a copy of another user's survey, you can do it in Connect. 1. Create a "New Survey" 2. Switch "initial XLSForm design" to "My Organization" 3. Create Survey As Ismael said above, this does not make your the owner or publisher. It's just making a copy in your name, that you can edit. If what you want to do is mutually manage surveys with other collaborators, then we had a similar need. ("One person goes on vacation and we can't update the form" was a real issue.) The work-around we use is a shared account for our group. We publish our forms with the shared account. Then we all have access.

You tie relevant statements to both the question and the answer. For this, you will need to put each question that can trigger the discrepancies group into a relevant statement. In other words: selected(${SE_District}, 'Unsatisfactory') OR selected(${SW_District}, 'Unsatisfactory') (etc...)

I'm implementing single choice grid on a new form, which is a checklist style form. It's a perfect fit. One question comes up. When my list of questions is long, sometimes the user needs to scroll past where the options are visible at the top. In excel, you can set the view to always include that top pane with your column labels. Is there something like that formatting available? That is, I want my select_one choice labels to be visible, not just the radio buttons, for questions that are lower down on my table-list. Please let me know if I am missing something. Thanks in advance, and still love it, regardless of how this turns out.

Single choice grid is blowing my mind! I am going to use that immediately. Thanks for the update. Excited about all the bug fixes. Also, I didn't realize I could like your implementation of relevant statements more than I already do, but I think that's what just happened. Great work, team! Happy Hobbit Day! May Samwise be with you.

Hi again! Now I'm using this in a webform, for desktop inspections. I'm back to ask if you have the links configured for Google Earth and also going straight to Google Street View. If I figure it out before I hear from you, I will post back for posterity.
