@RobertAnderson3 Awesome! Glad to know it was user error on my part. We're using Make (formerly Integromat) for our automated report generation and I am curious about Power Automate. Are you running your summary reports on a schedule basis (i.e. 1st of every month)?

Just to confirm, summary reports are only available for survey forms that contain repeats? We are needing a report to summarize single point submissions in one page (survey form contains no repeat sections).

Hi I've found a workaround solution to make it easy for users to turn layers off and on by simply clicking a button. Perhaps this will help with your inquiry. See screenshots below. This works since there is never a "0" objectID, which becomes my OFF button. ON is basically everything else non-zero. Steven

Hello, what is the feature limit of a Hosted Feature Layer? We currently have one at 990,634 features. This layer in particular serves as a Master layer that Views are created off. End-users are not actively using the large Master layer for day-to-day activities.

Latest reply from Make support below. I will be contacting Esri support since its is not an option to set our Surveys public. "As I suspected, your response confirms that the file is not publicly available for direct download: 1. The URL can only be accessed with authentication to your Survey123 instance, so the HTTP module is unable to even access it. 2. The fact that the image does not automatically download after using a browser means that the HTTP module only downloads the web page and not the image itself The only solution would be to find a way to make files publicly accessible and downloadable from Servey123. I would suggest reaching out to Survey123 support for assistance on this."

Hello Everyone. A couple of years ago I had several scenarios working properly on Integromat for Survey123 to send an email with attachment but now, none work. I have even tried upgrading to Make and recreating the scenario but no luck. I have followed previous blog posts and checked replies on different threads and I am not seeing a similar issue to the one we are having - hopefully someone can help us. Setup of scenario... Module 1: Survey123 Watch Survey Module 2: HTTP Get File (using this to grab image) Then it splits to a a path if no image found to one where there is one present. [w/ image path] Module 3: Tools - Sleep (recommendation from Make support). Delays for few seconds. Module 4: Microsoft 365. Send email with attachment. Some notes: - I tried checking image questions that support one image or many (multiline appearance) - Webhooks and Connections are good - I suspect it's the HTTP Get File module causing the problem - Different errors on Make and Integromat (attached) I have ongoing support with Make but it's slow due to the time difference. Any support from the community is greatly appreciated it!

Hello James, Full workflow and design is as follows. 1. Publish new survey with image question in repeat using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS. 2. Verify all correct permission/sharing settings enabled. 3. Add features to newly formed layer from step 1 with ArcGIS Pro using Append geoprocessing tool. 4. Use Inbox in Survey123 to open an existing record. 5. Image question in repeat disabled. Thank you, Steven

Hello James, Yes, added a repeat section in the form. We created the feature layer via publishing a survey on desktop app Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS. Several weeks later we create a sub-process (with a new survey) on top of that created layer that required the repeat question; hence the error. Thank you for the suggestion. We ultimately took the error as a sign to make it its own process so we did. Now we have a separate issue of the image question not being available in the repeat question when a user calls a feature they did not create.
