Hey! So I have had the same exact issue as well, but more similar to @StefanoSchiavini's issue. My AGOL side still says the sync status is ok. Investigating further... @ESRISupport

So I need it to be written into a program and running continuously. I am familiar with going the python route and am thinking that may have to be the way I go.

Alright big brain time guys. I am attempting to transform some XY coordinates in a table from NAD 1927 State Plane Florida West FIPS 0902 to NAD 1983 State Plane Florida West FIPS 0902. But here's the kicker: I need to do it without ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. Does anybody know how to get the conversion factor? And maybe how to do this within MS SQL? Big thanks in advance Kevin

Hey GeoNet, I have had an interest in using adobe software to enhance the maps I create in ArcGIS Pro and the web maps I create in Portal and AGOL. I had a simple mind and only really thought about Photoshop cause I had never really done any digging... So now I have. And man there are litany of products in just the Adobe platform alone! Now there is Photoshop, Illustrator and the whole Creative Cloud. So I am looking for the community to dump some knowledge and experience in this discussion as to what programs they recommend to enhance their cartographic abilities, and what (preferably online) classes they have taken to learn these programs. Thanks, Kevin

Good day! I currently use the "Near Me" Widget in Web AppBuilder in support of Law Enforcement. I built two applications that allow officers and detectives to search the location of a crime and then in one application, find the location of all citizen entered cameras within a certain distance from the incident, and in the other, essentially find associated incidents and contacts that would allow them to quickly generate leads. That being said, while a crime analyst or myself would easily be able to create a buffer around a crime, find all the requested information and disseminate that to a detective, it would be immensely helpful for a user of the application to quickly do that themselves. I propose adding an Export to CSV button to the Near Me widget that would immediately make a CSV locally available that contains all of the records found by the Near Me Widget. After all, we are in the business of enhancing efficiency right? Thank you. -Kevin

Thanks for the reply Justin. Yes. All the layers in the web map (except one) are set to a refresh interval of 5 mins. The map updates on that interval but the cards do not.

Good day Esri community! I have a hurricane awareness dashboard with indicators that do not automatically update when feature counts change. Here is the scenario: I have a hosted feature layer depicting emergency shelters on my web map with a 5 minute refresh interval enabled. In my operations dashboard, I have two widgets linked to that layer, an indicator displaying the number of shelters open and a gauge showing how close we are to reaching total reflected as a percentage. (Oh and the feature layer has a domain for the shelter status that allow the feature to change colors depending on shelter status) So. While viewing the dashboard, I ran a test and updated the data in the hosted feature layer, opening a shelter and upping its capacity to its max capacity. A couple minutes later, the data in the map portion of the dashboard updated (shown above, one shelter is red(closed) and the other is now green(open). So that worked as intended. However, the indicator and the gauge remained static. They should read a percentage of total capacity of around 4.5% and a count of open shelters of 1. So while the map portion of the dashboard updates, the indicator and gauge do not.....UNLESS I refresh the dashboard. THEN they update. Is there something I am missing when setting up these widgets? Is there another fix? Did I find another bug...(hopefully not) This dashboard is designed to be put up on a hiperwall and then essentially left alone. I need it to update without interaction. PS This is the case for all of my indicators, gauges, lists, etc across all dashboards in my organization. Thanks!

Keith, I have encountered this behavior as well after upgrading from 10.6.1 to 10.7.1. However, mine only (and always) occurs when I set the sharing permission to "Everyone". If I set it to "Organization", my dashboard is fine. Kevin

Larry, I was able to fix the issue by ensuring my server certificates were properly updated. I guess our root and associated certificates were not aligning. We also upgraded from 10.6.1 to 10.7.1 and that rectified our issues. Hope this helps! Kevin

Good day Brandon! So the error message is the title of the post verbatim. I found that some settings of the survey were grayed out and I was getting an error message when trying to update and of the sharing settings. I fixed this issue by simply creating a copy of the survey and republishing it. Everything then worked as it should, leading me to believe it was some sort of bug. Kevin

Good day all. I created a survey in the Survey123 App on AGOL (using Chrome as the browser). I have shared my survey with the public and have been creating some test entries. I have been getting the above error when I try to submit a survey BUT it only occurs when I use a browser other than Chrome. Chrome: the survey submits without issue and the corresponding feature layer is updated. Safari, IE, Edge, Firefox: No bueno, I get the above error. I just edited some of the survey entries before doing this testing, so I am going to create a new test survey and try it again to see if that may be part of the issue. I will update this thread. Any help would be appreciated. Kevin

Hilary, So I am working with Esri technical support on this matter as well and after reading that dump file, so far the solution is to recreate the SyncToolsEX service. However, as it is a required service, we cannot just copy the JSON, delete and recreate it. So I am currently still waiting to hear back. I will keep anybody reading this thread posted.

Hilary, Thanks for the response! My portal logs didn't seem to show anything out of the ordinary...would it be something other than a SEVERE level log?I looked at my server logs and found that there was an error occurring. It was generating a file "System_SyncToolsEx_GPServer_abunchofnumbers.dmp" which sounds like it could be part of the issue. To answer the second part of your question, the copied item in my portal does reference my portal, not AGOL.
