I have taken to running the tools outside AGP entirely. It has sped up development by sidestepping the 'reload toolbox' requirement. That said, I would still like to get this going if anyone finally cracks this.

Doesn't seem to work for me. It seems to attach but it runs in AGP without hitting the breakpoints. I tried a couple different routes: 1. Debug on the tool script 2. Debug on the toolbox (pyt) 3. Removing and re-adding the toolbox. I get the debug pane in VS (variables, call stack, etc) but no breakpoints. How is your toolbox laid out?

@CharlieFredericks1-- According to the release notes for Field Maps, they didn't finish the feature in time for the Q1 release. They are considering an out-of-cycle release for contingent values. What is still unclear to me is whether or not that means it will be supported in AGOL. I'm thinking that as Field Maps basically looks directly at AGOL it will, however I haven't seen any reference to that.

I am assuming the arcpy.solutions extends arcpy and is included in the solutions deployment tool. Thus far, I have been unable to find the Python code that is actually run. This is quite frustrating knowing there is a tool that dose it but not being able to access it for programmatic changing of hosted domains.

There is a tool included with the Solutions Deployment called UpdateDomain. If ESRI would just migrate that to the mainline arcpy distribution, this would all be solved. Perhaps even to the arcgis Python API. Long overdue to get this done in my opinion.

That would appear to be the issue. I suppose I would expect some sort of indicator that would indicate I'm working on cached data. It's also bizarre to me that the cache didn't update when the data changed as I'm the one who made the change. At least I know now...half the battle and all.

Well, I assume that's the case as the reported figures did exist. However, the attribute table is showing the correct values. That said, I'm unsure how to determine what data the looking at.

Hi Robert, We also looked at that but we're attempting to run a citywide all-hazards IMT on collector and the number of different types of points makes that someone unruly as well. The subtypes solves that to some extent save for the problem described above. If there isn't some movement on that front we may have to attack that in a somewhat similar fashion. I'm just trying to avoid have 10 point feature classes + 10 polygon + 10 line...or whatever it would work out to be. It's constantly in flux also compounding the problem.

Hi Colin, I have indeed gotten Collector to use subtypes but with one caveat. When I have the features symbolized by the subtype field it works as expected. However, my real goal is to have them symbolized by the point type (or line, or polygon). If I symbolize by the point type (my desired goal) then the subtypes are no longer honored. This is a pretty big priority for us at this point. And, of course if I'm doing something wrong to make that happen at point in the right direction would be most appreciated.

Has there been any movement on the addition of custom fields to the assignments layer? We are looking to begin using Workforce for emergency management assignments and may need to add additional fields. We have currently skinned this cat by just concatenating the fields and placing them in 'notes' but that's far from ideal. Thanks for any updates.
