Thank you for your help Lance Cole I tried your suggestions. Unfortunately, it is not working well with me   I used the Irfan View software that you had suggested to me in another issue and it works like a charm and convert the tiff to jpeg successfully but I add 2 steps to keep the georeference of the raster by define the projection of jpeg raster and rename the .tfwx file to be .jgw and everything works well with me   Best, Lubna ... Dear Lance Cole I notice that after I change the background color using IrfanView software the classification of the image was color map and it have 255 color.
