Erika - I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but we offer a CTE course, Intro to GIS, at the high school level. Unfortunately there isn't a certificate that goes with it. https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/education/ccte/cte/cte_std_geographic_information_systems.pdf In an idea world, high school students would be able to dual-enroll in Roane State Community College's online GIS Certificate program (Geographic Information Systems (AAS) - Roane State Community College ) and finish the Geography or GIS program through the TN Promise scholarship (Tennessee Promise ). As Marc mentions above, however, we've run into issues with accreditation, course transfer, etc.

Any chance someone at ESRI could update the green shades in the 2016 - 2021 USA Population Growth Living Atlas Layer to something color blind safe? We tried to use this in a high school lesson this week and one student was unable to distinguish between the different green shades. Thanks - MC Also posting this in the Accessibility group.
