We are trying to install the Developers Edition for Experience Builder. We have been able to get through the install and obtain a Client ID for ArcGIS Online, but would rather have all of this on our ArcGIS Enterprise portal. Is it possible to get a Client ID for ArcGIS Enterprise? The OAuth 2.0 isn't an option tab when going through the registration steps. Any help would be great. We are working on Enterprise 11.1.

It looks like the system did a reindex during the update process. We will try to run the reindex again tonight when fewer people are using the server. As a follow up, though, this is the problem that we are running into... This Unknown is a Web Mapping Application that was fully functional before the upgrade....now it won't open and you can't see the details, it only sits and spins when clicked on. When you try to open it from the URL, it says 'Your account is not licensed to use an app that is not public. Please ask your organization administrator to assign you a user type that includes Essential Apps or an add-on Essential Apps license. Do you have any ideas or clues on how to remedy this? We are at a complete loss.

We recently upgraded our Server to 11.1 and have noticed that some layers are now inoperable. If a web application has one of these layers in it, it will prompt for a login - even though everything seems to be shared to the public. The layers all show up in the ArcGIS Server Manager, but they do not show up in Portal. In Portal, it is blank for a title and only shows Unknown. If you figure out which service is "broken", you can stop and delete it from the manager, but you can't delete them from the Portal. Does anyone know how to either fix these "Unknowns" or how to delete them from your portal? Has anyone else run into this problem? Any help would be great. Thank you!

I did go through and republish this layer making sure that all of the editing boxes were checked, permissions all checked. It is editable now - must have been a change in the way it was published.

This does give me something to think about, though. I will look into the SDE and, also, see if any changes need to be made when publishing the web layer. At least I know that it should work. Thank you!

This is all new to me. We recently moved to an Enterprise system, and I have imported a point layer into an SDE Database. In ArcGIS Pro, I shared the layer as a Web Layer to be brought into a Web App Builder application with the Smart Editor widget so it can be edited daily. However, when this was built on AGOL, the feature layer had the ability to turn the Editing on. I am not seeing anything that allows someone to edit the layer on our portal --- there are no options at all under Settings. Is this not possible to do? Does it need to be moved into another database to edit? The goal was to have this one layer up to date in a Web App as well as on our local machines. Any help is appreciated.

I figured this out. I went into the Web Map settings and although the Enable Search was checked and By Address checked, I checked the By Layer box as well....and now everything is working.

Is anyone else having problem with adding a Search Widget to a Web AppBuilder application? I currently have a Web AppBuilder application that the Search bar isn't show up in. I went in to Edit the Application to figure out why, but when I select the Search Widget to edit it, the window just sits and spins and nothing happens. I thought maybe my app was hosed, so I tried to build a new one. I can't get the properties to edit a Search Widget to open. I get nothing except the AGOL lines that sit and spin. Is this just me or is it an AGOL issue?

I don't know if you solved your problem. But the problem we had was that AGOL has a size limit of 10MB on pdfs. Our users had to condense the file and then upload them. This is just one idea.

I was trying to avoid this because of disk space. But, I will definitely see if taking what I have cached, re-cache that area and try again works. Thanks for the ideas!

I am using ArcGIS Pro to create a raster dataset of our orthophotography (we don't have Image Server) to use in our Portal. When I share the raster as a Web Layer, I have tried every configuration for Layer Drawing to get the most used areas cached and the least used parts of the county to use on demand caching. I have tried using the 'Using tiles from a new cache', set the levels of detail for caching and then tell it to 'Cache manually on the server', with weird results. When I zoom in and out at on the layer in Web App Builder, some of the photos will turn on, others will disappear, if I pan, others draw, other tiles disappear. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong in the set up to get it draw all of the photos in the view. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have a Web Mapping Application for our Planning Dept. to enter in their Permit Applications. Sometimes, a single parcel can have multiple types of Permit Applications entered at one time. Is there any way to set this up so that when someone clicks on one of the permit types, the pop-up shows all the other permits that are related to this one? I guess I am wondering if you can set up a related or linked records within one feature layer??

I am having the same problem. I have added more symbols to my feature layer and they show up in the legend - every where but on the template. Did you ever get yours to work?

I added 5 new domains to a feature layer in AGOL and then updated the symbology. I opened the feature layer using the visualization tab and saved the layer. I also opened the Web Map that I am using the layer in, the legend looks great. I saved the Web Map. When I open the Web Map and hit the Edit button, the template the pops up shows all of the domains added. When I open the application that this web map is used in, the legend looks perfect. It is only when I hit the Smart Editor widget and the template pops up to add new points do the new domains not show up in the template. Even in Pro if I pull this layer in through the Portal, the legend and the template there look great. How can I get the new items to show up in the Smart Editor widget template? Thanks for any help.
