Hello, We experienced a strange behavior of ArcGIS Server working with AWS RDS DB: we have published a service with 5 layers and occasionally found that when we engage the service there's only one layer available. Restart solved the problem. Did someone experienced something similar? Can temporary disconnection from RDS cause the problem? Thanks! ... View more

Hello, I have two features service layer on a webmap with labels enabled, one upon another. The labels from the underneath feature layer are not displayed. I want to use vertical alignment to shift labels on one layer up and the other layer down, so labels will be displayed.
