I am learning how to use the model builder in ArcGIS Pro, and everything is pretty straightforward. However, I cannot seem to delete variables or tools once I have added them to the model. How does one go about deleting a variable or tool from the model they no longer want to use? Thanks!

depends, but did you try a ... right-click on the tool, then cut

I have used the right-click and then cut, I was just wondering if it was possible to just delete without cutting.

I also realized the if you cut a variable labeled as a parameter to delete it, the variable still exists as a parameter when you open the tool despite not being visible in the model builder.

Use the Delete key

Oh yep, I didn't realize delete and backspace are different keys on Windows laptops. I'm normally a Mac user 😅 Thanks!
