trouble with layer visibility

The problem i am having is when i click on a layer in the root layer of either Assessor or DSD to turn off or on everything DISAPPEARS. Also seems like not all the root layers of those map services are showing up, it show's there name but there not visible. If some one can take a look at my code and hopefully help me out that would be awesome, Thanks

Thanks for the reply, but that doesn't help me. My problem is not what layers get loaded when the api is started it is when i check some layers off the Assessor and DSD root layers that my map goes blank and no matter what i click on nothing happens it stays blank.
