Howdy!
I am new to ArcGIS and there is so much to learn.
What I am trying to create is an online, interactive map. I want anyone to be able to add their address, and answer a set of questions to create a pop up on the map.
Is this possible with the story maps? Or are storymaps only edited by the owner?
Google fusion is great. You can combine surveys with a spreadsheet with a map and everything works together. But ArcGIS has a cleaner look and function.
