Tile Layer from web

Hi guys,

I'm trying to create a Tile Layer structure for some imagery we have in a localised area.

Currently we have this structure

www.domain.com/Tileset/Z0/296/474.jpg

when we add the Tile Layer in Arc Online we're putting in

www.domain.com/Tileset/{level}/{col}/{row}.jpg

but the imagery isn't loading.  Can someone please direct me to a correct data structure we should be using?
