I am running 10.2.1 and when I try to add a custom layer, USA soil map e.g., either nothing happens or I am prompted to enter my username and password and then nothing happens. I can add bing maps with no problem. Any help is appreciated.[ATTACH=CONFIG]32724[/ATTACH]
