I met a problem when using ESRI 10 to develop Campus Map by using ArcGIS JavaScript API. We created different map layers, such as base map, annotation map, road map, map for buildings. We also created map services under ArcGIS server 10. The web app is developed by using JavaScript REST API. However, sometimes when we load the map, few map layers cannot be loaded, such as sometimes base map is missed, and sometimes building map is missing. When we checked the networking status, these layers showing "pending". Could anyone give us a suggestion or clue about how to solve this issue?
