After what seemed like a successful license update, cannot connect to geodatabase.

We're having trouble connecting to a PostgreSQL geodatabase that used to be working just fine after renewing the server 10.1 license on Windows 2008 R2. When trying to connect, we're getting:
"Failed to connect to database. No ArcGIS server license found. Contact your geodatabase administrator to update license"

When trying to re-register the database, we're getting:
"The connection property set was missing a required property or the property value was unrecognized. No ArcGIS server license found. Contact your geodatabase administrator to update license"

We already tried removing the keycodes file and re-authorizing. The process went through and the new file was created, but we're still getting the same results.

Please help!

When you get the prompt, browse to the keycodes file in the sysgen folder. This should do it. If not, I think there are some bugs that may apply. I don't have them "handy" at this time, but let us know
