Updage the URL of a map service

I have used map services from our ArcGIS server and everything runs at what we expect.  Recently we have upgraded our ArcGIS server and its URL is now changed as well.  Now the map cannot connect those map services because of the URL.  So is there any way to change the URL in the ArcGIS Online with our new ArcGIS Server?
