js error from embedded ArcGIS Online map

We have an organizational ArcGIS Online account and our embedded web maps are causing javascipt errors. The console prints the following errors:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (not_found) http://umn-egis.maps.arcgis.com/home/webmap/templates/templateConfig.js

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/info?f=json. Origin http://umn-egis.maps.arcgis.com is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin. embed.html:1

Is anybody able to tell me how to address these errors, or has experience with the same problem? Thank you!
