Attachments and Images in feature service through ArcGIS online

I am using a personal ArcGIS online account.
I have attachments set up in my Feature class
I republished the Feature Service.

HOW do I activate the ability to use the devices camera to create an attachment for a specific feature in ArcGIS online?

I think this is what you are looking for (Especially the "Tip" part of the article):

This plus the ArcGIS/Collector app for your device (http://resources.arcgis.com/en/collector/) would let you attach images to your newly created points.

But for this you need an organizational account.
