My erase function does not work after I simplify a polygon.
The simplified polygon will not work as the erase feature. It will work prior to simplification, or any other polygon will work.
I am using:
Arc Map 10.0 (arc Info license)
I Simplified the polygon using bend simplify, with a reference baseline of 300 meters. I have tried this as both a shapefile or a file geodatabase feature. Projections are the same for data frame, input feature, and erase feature.
