We installed ArcGIS server on C partition and now we have limited storage. Question is, can we move file directories necesary for catching to another partition without reinstalling? All directories(arcgisjobs, arcgiscache, arcgisoutput) as I can see in server manager is possible to change, but one folder arcgisinput path is imposible to change? What should I do in this case? Thanks for your pation and replies. 🙂
Then what I would also do is run the 10.1 Configure ArcGIS Server account. Point the arcgisserver\directories to the new drive.
Bubba's fist link describes the process pretty well. Just instead of creating a new Directory (or Config-store) just click the pencil button, and change the directory to where you want it to go. The server will then move the folders for you, and update the configs.
One catch, ensure that where ever you are moving it, your server understands the path (can resolve the unc path or directory) and that the ArcGIS Server Service has access to the path.
What about this location: C:\arcgisserver\directories\arcgissystem\arcgisinput This partition takes almost the same GB size as arcgiscatch folder. Can I move it to another partition without reinstalling arcgisserver?

Yes you can. Just move the folder. Please see the screen shot.
Just hit the pencil button and place the folder where you would like it to be. Again, make sure the account running the ArcGIS Server Service has full rights to this new location before moving it. Thanks
