Looking for suggestions to draw directional vectors with the new Time based feature layer capability that is available in 10.0... This ability appears to only be native to Tracking Analyst Temporal layers, is it possible to do something simlar without that extension with just time based feature layers?
An idea we have is to create a Layer Extension that would listen to AfterDraw and compute/display as a graphic the directional vectors based on the last two points of that layer. Is there anything else that might be more efficient than this?
