Is there a way to display a feature's attachment either in a popup or in html in a separate part of the application? I know how to display a LINK to the attachment, but I want to display the actual attachment image. I know this can be done if the images are stored as a URL string, but I am looking for a solution to displaying the actual image attachment.
I want the attachments to display just as they can in html popups WITHIN ArcGIS Desktop (Layer properties > HTML popups).
I tried storing the images in a raster field in the feature class as well, but the rasters in the fields can't be viewed as a map service.
