Unable to view services

I am unable to view the maps that are contained within my services through both Flex and through the Javascript link within the service in AGS Services Directory.  I have tried running Post-Intall for AGS and this did not cure this issue.  Can anyone help?

Have you seen in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\arcgis\rest\restlog.txt  if there is something useful ?

Have you seen call with fiddler?

The error mentioned in the title is not exactly what you're mentioning, but I was having the exact problem you guys are having, and it the last suggestion in the post completely solved my issue: Changing the SoapURL in the rest.config.
