We have a local installation of 1.6 and i am struggling to find the call to display the symbology on the layer list menu. The layers display fine in the table of contents however i would like to display symbology (which comes from the map document) I have little knowledge of the dojo toolkit so busy learning but cannot find a answer anywhere.
