Requesting sourcefiles for ArcGIS Javascript API 1.6

Does anyone know how to get all the source files for the JavaScript API.  I have a client that has some users that do not have internet access but would still like to use the website.  I would like to host the JavaScript files on our internal server.

Ya be warned the DVD contains 50MB worth of files... well over 5000 individual files.  ESRI lobbed the entire Dojo library into it, including all internationalization stuff.  ALSO, it's worth mentioning that you have to be able to execute either PHP, .jsp, or IIS files in order to get it to work.
