I have a set of points ("sites1") for which I would like to identify the nearest neighbor in another set of points ("sites2") based on multiple parameters, not just distance. In other words, for each point in "sites1" I would like to find the nearest neighbor in "sites2" based on three criteria 1) distance between the sites 2) elevation of the sites 3) and the drainage area of each site.
I have looked in the spatial analyst/statistics toolboxes. Might anyone know how this can be done in Arc using either a built in tool(s) or an add-in?
Any thoughts are certainly appreciated.
