How to create new feature

Hi,
I am trying to analyze if we can migrate some of our ArcObjects code into ArcGIS Runtime.
In ArcObjects we have a Workspace object (for example from file GDB), we get FeatureClass from workspace and can call CreateFeature method, get feature and set
Shape property to a Geometry object that we have created somehow.  How can I do the same thing in Runtime.
I tried to use Editor Class but it seems that you cannot create a feature and set geometry.
For example I want to copy selected geometry from one LocalFeatureLayer and create a new feature in another LocalFeatureLayer with this geometry. I could get selected geometry.

private void ArcGISLocalFeatureLayer_MouseRightButtonDown(object sender, GraphicMouseButtonEventArgs e)
{
            e.Graphic.Selected = !e.Graphic.Selected;
            _selGraphics = e.Graphic;

}

But how to create new feature in the other layer and assign this geometry?
Thanks
Robert
