Find Multiple Features On Map

I am really happy for the ability to search multiple layers and return the results in a grid like this sample:

What would be tremendously helpful is the ablility to click on each feature and zoom like this sample:
http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/javascript/arcgis/demos/find/find_map_datagrid.html.

As a bonus, could someone help to create a tree or accordion or tilepane to group the "Values" field by the "Layer Name"?

For example,
State Layer
**Kansas
Cities Layer
**kansas city
**kansas Loel
**The kansas
