Problem with Field Aliases

When trying to display data returned from a find task I have to use the aliases if different from the field name.  Is this a bug?  If I use the field name and the alias is different it displays "undefined."

we should use alias name
I also want to use field name rather than alias name display in datagrid
any possible way?
