I have survey that I created which is a permit application. I want to know if I could add additional questions that are hidden and that can only be answered or edited by us and once we edit them they could be visible in a popup showing the status in a web map after the inspection as been completed.
Joe Contractor enters an application.. a survey
Joe Contractor calls for inspection.. we edit survey stating Contractor has called in ... ready for inspection
Assign survey to inspector to inspect he edits survey with results updates survey
Joe Contractor can view map click on his point on the map representing his location and sees popup with updated inspection status
