Authentication of AGOL layers from WebMap

Hey Everyone,

So I have designed a web map purely from Visual Studio in JavaScript, I am having trouble with the authentication prompts I am getting when I open the map up. I will get prompts asking to sign into AGOL to view these items yet it says my account information is incorrect everytime I do it..

I have tried almost all emails I could think of and it always says incorrect, when I share the layers to public(everyone) then it all works fine. But because the information is sensitive I want only my organization for it to be shared with.

The map is opened up as a HTML if that helps. 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
