Do any versions of portal support adding custom themes for Web AppBuilder?

I want to add a custom theme into Portal for ArcGIS using the WAB, is this possible in one of the versions of portal? I know this can be done with WAB DE.

This workflow is not supported with Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS embedded in Portal for ArcGIS. Sorry. Please submit an enhancement request on the ArcGIS Ideas site.

I would also like to be able to add custom themes to Portal for ArcGIS.
