Crowdsource Reporter Empty Search Box

I am building a Crowdsource Reporter web app to report highway issues in my town.  I have used a Locator based on the streets in my town which works well if there is only 1 result however when there is more than 1 search result an option box opens with the different results as empty space, no text, if I click on an empty space it will take me to one of the results, see image below

This would be very confusing to the users.

I have tried to use different Locators including the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service and they have all produced the same result.

Has anyone come across this issue and if so is there a solution?
