I have 280 features in a table for which one of them I have a folder with the name of this feature and inside each folder I have two other folders named "1-Pics" and "2-Video" , with respective type of files inside. In some cases there is just on file others there are several files but none has the name of the feature... that's why the folder name.
I tried to use the tools: "add attachments" and "Generate attachment match table". with no success.
The goal is to create a web service that within the pop-up of the feature will give hyperlink to each file.
Any suggestion on how to do this? Although I am newbie with python I may try this approach if suggested.
