My organization is trying to implement the GIS tools for Hadoop toolkit available on GitHub and we're having some troubles. I want to connect Hadoop/HDFS to ArcMap using SSH with credentials. I did some research and it seems like this feature is available on an enterprise level license. But does anyone know of a way to establish/authenticate a connection from or to Hadoop server via ArcMap on a basic license? If it helps put things into context; I want to connect via SSH to Hadoop/HDFS with credentials.
Any advice or experience on this will be super appreciated.
