I was searching and can't find information. I am using Survey123 Connect. Is there a way to set up multiple pages or forms on one survey for Survey123 field app? Or does it have to be create another survey?
For example, 1st is for inspection, 2nd is for break and 3rd is for vehicles info. I need this to export csv or spreadsheet separate each. Please advise.

It is possible to set up pages in a survey by:
1) In the settings tab, give the 'style' value a setting of 'pages'
2) Each page is a group or a repeat with an appearance set to 'field-list'
This will not affect the table structure - normally, all the data will be in one table. To separate the data out to multiple tables, you could use a repeat section (instead of a group) as the page - repeats are separate tables in the database.

Please see screenshot. Is this what 'repeat' supposed to be look like? I am not sure about adding part. Please confirm. Thank you!
