Is there a way to get a refreshed Feature layer response from the server every time instead of a 304 response from the ArcGIS server?
I'm loading a WebMap and then creating a MapView to load Feature layer to the Map.
I'm trying to upgrade our existing Javascript app from v3.24 to v4.7.
There is a fix at the link below and it is working for v3.24 but it's not supported in v4.7 anymore
Disable Caching on FeatureLayer.refresh()
Has anyone been able to run into caching issue with and found a fix in v4.7?
