Enable time on ArcMap layer for more than one date/time column

In Layer properties for a particular layer in ArcMap 10.5.1 in the Time tab it seems only possible to enable time and set the time zone for one column.  What if I have multiple date/time columns?  This is critical when publishing to AGOL, as the dates are displayed one day behind in AGOL on the date/time columns that don't have time enabled in ArcMap before publishing.

Hi Jamie,

Time can be enabled on one or two fields at a time when using time animation. Any date field has the ability to have time enabled on it within ArcGIS Online.

It appears that you are using the timezone functionality in ArcMap to set the local time of your dataset. Check out this blog about working with time data for methods of getting the date configured to display correctly on the web. Although you can only animate through one or two time fields at a time, you can get all of your date fields to display properly and switch between them as needed for your application:
