IPAD Pinch Zoom Error

We have an HTML 5 app built using 2.1 compact javascript library and recently started getting the following error in safari when a user does a pinch zoom -

Error on line 48
http://serverapi.arcgisonline.com/isapi/arcgis/?v=2.1compact
typeerror result of expression �??ti�?? [null] is not an object

Anyone have the same experience or does anyone have the pinch zoom working with 2.1 compact?

Yes we are having exactly the same problem. Just starting to troubleshoot this when I came across your post. Did you ever make any progress on this?

We are running this version locally but I have also tried the remote upgraded v2.2 and it seems to have the same issue?

Ill let you know if I come up with a solution also.
