ArcImageServer.agency.tlma.co.riverside.ca.us
This path was able to be inserted in Server Name at 931, and before.  In 9.4, I am only able to insert ArcImageServer.agency.tlma.co.riverside.ca, which does not get me the service.  The Server Name drop down needs to be expanded.

Had to go back and do a project in 931, recreate my model and everything.

Yesterday logging issues with support.  I will use support they way I use the bug database in holistic.
