I just download and install Drone2map, but it have some problem with license as in attached.
So could you please tell me, how to fix this problem?
I'd think the license can be managed through your AGOL Account.
So if you do know for sure, that your user has not checked out the license, maybe revoke it and then re-add the license to your user?
And you can either click on a user that HAS a license and REVOKE with the checkbox or revoke ALL.
Or to add the license for a user, click on Configure License.
Thank you for your post, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have identified this as a known issue in the Drone2Map 1.0 release and are working on a fix. In the meantime please log a support ticket by visiting Esri Support Home and they will be able to reset your license for you.
