Hello! I'm seeking feedback on if it's possible and how to create an append tool/simple data loader on an online ArcGIS App platform. I understand that there is an 'Add Data' widget, but that only adds other data to the basemap.
I am seeking a method to append new data to an existing geodatabase.
Much like using the simple data loader for feature classes off-line, I would like to do the same but online so as to be able to have 'data donors' participate in a data sharing/multi-user populated program.
